Delivery Policies 運送政策

1 Any information provided by client, such as catering service consumption time, delivery date and address, and related information, must be accurate. Otherwise the client is liable for any delivery delay and subsequent cost. No refund is made whatsoever.
客戶提供的進食時間、送餐日期、送餐地址及其他資料必須要定確。否則客戶自行負責有關送運的延誤及其他任何損失,而本公司並不會作出任何退款。
2 A 30-min grace period is given to customer to collect catering service. Otherwise, customer is accountable and no refund is made whatsoever.
在輸送美食到會時,如司機聯絡不上客戶,本公司司機或員工只作停留多30分鐘。若超過此等侯時間,司機或員工會離開。本公司不會作出任何退款,而客戶需自行負責。
3 Our company is not accountable for any delay due to traffic jam and/or any uncontrollable situation that may occur during delivery.
若遇上交通阻塞或不能控制的情況而導致送餐延誤,本公司無須付上任何負責。
